The Colonial Beach Town Council green-lights a conditional use permit application for a therapeutic massage business. Town Attorney Vivian Seay tells News on the Neck they searched to find a permitted use that the business could fit under but there wasn’t one so the conditional use permit was granted. The business is to be located at 509 Colonial Avenue. It’s not known when the business will open.
