Virginia’s gas prices are inching upward after several weeks of declines. According to Triple-A Mid-Atlantic the average regular gas price in Virginia is $3.53 per gallon which is 22 cents more than last week when OPEC announced it is cutting production by 2 million barrels of oil a day. The national average is $3.92 per gallon. Lancaster County’s average is about a dime a gallon under the state average.
