Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue Holding Open House

The Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue department holds an open house from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. this Sunday at Station 1 on Main Street. The Gazette-Journal reports the event is in conjunction with National Fire and Prevention Week and attendees can get a Home Escape Plan template to put a plan in place. Children will be able to take a ride in a fire truck and will receive fire helmets, stickers, and coloring books.
