Investigators are ruling a fire last week at waterfront home on Greenvale Creek as suspicious. The Rappahannock Record reports the two-story home on Flats Lane in Mollusk was completely destroyed and investigators are searching for the home’s owner. No one was in the house but one of several dogs at the residence was found in the yard dead of a gunshot wound. If you know where the owner is or have any information on the fire call the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.
