The Town of Kilmarnock will conduct town wide “Trick or Treating” only on Monday, October 31 until 9:00 p.m. . Town ordinances limit trick or treating activities to children 12 and under. Parents and guardians can accompany children. The town and the Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the Kilmarnock Pumpkin Walk from 4:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m on Saturday, October 29.
