Northumberland County’s Household Hazardous Waste and E-Waste fall collection is Saturday, October 29 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the middle school bus parking lot. County residents and property owners can dispose of oil-based paint, cleaners, solvents, old or used petroleum products, pool chemicals and pesticides along witrh spent florescent and CFL bulbs. Electronic items such as vape pens, TVs, printers, computers, monitors and cell phones are also accepted. The event is rain or shine.
