Central Rappahannock Regional Library deputy director Rebecca Purdy is elected to the Virginia Library Association Executive Committee. According to Fredericksburg Today Purdy has held several Youth Services roles, including Youth Services Coordinator. She became the library’s Deputy Director in 2016. Purdy has previously served the Virginia Library Association on the Children’s and Young Adult Roundtable and the Jefferson Cup Committee, and held roles with the American Library Association.
