The Historic Christ Church & Museum in Weems holds its 7th “Raise the Roof Craft Beer Fest” from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on October 15. Assistant director Paula Stallard tells the Rappahannock Record guests can enjoy a selection of Virginia craft beers, including four styles from Gloucester Brewing Company, this year’s featured local brewery. There will be live music from the jazz-swing band Good Shot Judy and the nationally acclaimed blues band Bobby “Blackhat” Walters.
