The Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts recently received a grant from the Joseph M. Ruffin Foundation. President Kathy Rhodes tells the Rappahannock Record the Foundation was created nearly 10 years ago to exclusively enrich Virginians’ lives and communities. Rhodes says Mr. Ruffin very much enjoys music and is delighted to assist RFA in continuing to bring high quality musical artists to the Northern Neck for the young and young at heart to enjoy.
