The Virginia Department of Health and the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association launch a new portal that improves access to health data for public health, health care providers, and community partners. Users of the Virginia Community Health Improvement Data Portal can track health-related data and analyze specific areas of concern, such as infant mortality, chronic disease or injuries. VDH and VHHA worked with the Center for Applied Research and Engagement to develop the portal which can be accessed at vdh.virginia.gov/data.
