The Virginia Department of Elections is blaming network issued for a delay in processing voter registration applications made through the Department of Motor Vehicles. 8 News is reporting the department gave local election registrars 107,000 DMV transactions, which include new registrations, address updates and other changes. Officials say no data was lost and the neteork issue us now resolved.
