Westmoreland County Historical Markers Rededicated

A pair of Westmoreland County historical markers removed from private property 3 years ago were rededicated last Saturday. The Free-Lance Star reportd about 20 members of the Leedstown Resolutions chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution gathered at the entrance to Leedstown Campground for the rededication ceremony. The markers were first dedicated in 1962. One honors Richard Henry Lee who was a founding father of Virginia while the other was a tribute to the Pissaseck Indians.
