Youngkin Restores Civil Rights For Over 800 Formerly Incarcerated Virginians

The civil rights of over 800 formerly incarcerated Virginians are restored by Governor Glenn Youngkin. Rights were restored for approved individuals last week in order to ensure those who are wanting to vote in the November 8th election can register before today’s deadline. The administration will continue to restore rights on an ongoing basis. Individuals who want more information or would like to apply to have their rights restored should visit restore.virginia.gov.
