Heathsville’s holiday tree lighting takes place Saturday in front of the Old Courthouse on Monument Place at 4:00 p.m. The Rappahannock Record reports the ceremony will start at 4 p.m. with caroling, special holiday readings and refreshments. At 5:00 p.m. homes and businesses will be lighting holiday luminaries along Northumberland Highway, giving the town a special holiday glow for the evening.
