Lawsuit To Ban Voting Machines Tossed Out

A lawsuit over Virginia’s use of voting machines is dismissed after the plaintiff failed to appear for a hearing 8 news reports the suit called for using paper ballots and conducting a han count. It claimed the machines were “exploitable” and “flawed”. A spokesperson for Attorney General Jason Miyares says they are glad the lawsuit was dismissed and today’s election will proceed as planned. The Virginia Public Access Projects says over 930,000 voters have cast early ballots.
