Warsaw Police announce the establishment of a “Safe Exchange Zone” at their headquarters on Main Street. The area can be used to complete sales transactions from places such as Craigslist and OfferUp under 24/7 surveillance. The location can also be used as a location to conduct child custody exchanges which may require security monitoring. Contact the department with any questions about the new area.
