Two brothers are now charged in connection to the death of a Westmoreland County woman whose body was found in a home that was set on fire. The Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office reports crews responded to a house fire on Crystal Lane in the Cabin Point Subdivision on Monday and found the remains of the woman and three dogs. Investigators determined the death is a homicide.
