An investigation is uder way into a fire that destroyed a Locust Hill home. The Southside Sentinel reports the General Puller Highway residence near St. Clare Walker Middle School was unoccupied as it is a rental home without a current tenant. Investigators say the fire started in the back of the house near the kitchen. 4 fire companies responded and no injuries were reported.
