Gloucester County Couple Create Conservation Easement

A Gloucester County couple created a conservation easement for the 228-acre property they own in the northern part of the county. According to the Gazette-Journal the Land Trust of Virginia announced the easement from Charles and Beverly Rich will now protect the scenic view and historic dwelling known as Mount Prodigal. The Richs moved there in 1974 then restored the home and the property. This is the first LTV easement recorded in Gloucester County.
