The Lancaster County school board is reviewing the division’s individualized education program for students with disabilities to both determine the strengths and areas for improvement. The Rappahannock Record reports school divisions are required to do an inclusive practices self-assessment every three years and develop an action plan based on those findings. Nearly 16% of the division’s students have an individualized education program.
