The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors is considering options for a 150-acre parcel off Good Luck Road to mke it available for develoopment. News on the Neck reports supervisors Bill Lee and Bill Smith are proposing the county provide the water and sewer up to that property. A cost estimate and preliminary studies provided when the land was purchased in 2017. The supervisors want to add the project to the next capital improvement budget in hopes of attracting a developer.
