Middlesex County may have to spend more money for a quartet of wastewater projects. According to the Southwide Sentinel the county’s consultant estimates the price tag for wastewater collection systems in Deltaville, Topping, Saluda and Hartfield is $41 million. The county hasn’t determined what the cost will be to hook up to sewer service. The timeline for completion was originally 2024, but may not be completed until late 2025.
