Beginning today a nativity scene will be on display in front of the Bell Tower at the Virginia Capitol. News 8 reports it’s the first time in memorable history that there’s been a display there. Virginia is one of four states set to display nativity scenes outside their state capitols for the first time. A ceremony takes place at 11:00 a.m. featuring Christmas carols, Bible readings, and prayer.
