Last month’s Remote Area Medical clinic at Richmond County Elementary School in Warsaw provided no-cost medical and dental services to more than 200 people in a 48-hour period. According to News on the Neck the value of those services topped $100,000. The school’s gymnasium was transformed into a 25-unit dental clinic with hallways used for waiting areas and classrooms used for exam rooms along with vaccine clinics. There was also a food pantry as well as clothing and toy giveaway areas.
