The Northumberland County Board of Supervisors passes a resolution honoring Rev. Lee Scripture for his legacy of service, love and commitment to the County and its citizens. The Rappahannock Record reports the Board made a presentation to Scripture’s family at a meeting earlier this month. Scripture served 25 years on the Northumberland County School Board and was a sports reporter and statistician.
