You could become the owner of the former Urbanna Town Hall now that lawmakers have put the Cross St. building up for sale. The Southside Sentinel reports the town hired Price Properties to sell the 100-plus year old building appraised at $367,000. The town hall was moved earlier this yearto 390 Virginia St. in the Waverly Commons. Proceeds from the building sale will go toward buying the new building.
