A Westmoreland County road is shut down by the Department of Transportation for emergency repairs. It is Monroe Bay Circle near Stoney Knoll and there’s been no word on what caused the damage or when the road will reopen. The detour uses Stoney Knoll to Holly Vista Drive to Shore Drive then to Santa Anita Drive that will lead back to Monroe Bay Circle. Plan for extra time to get around the closure.
