White Stone officials are working with the Northern Neck Planning District Commission on developing a marketing plan for the town. The Rappahannock Record reports it’s part of a revitalization plan for which the town received a $25,000 grant. The first component is a new website and a committee has begun interviewing website designers. One is a national company, while the two forerunners are Middle Peninsula-based designers.
