A Gloucester County college student is $100,000 richer thanks to the Virginia Lottery’s New Year’s Millionaire Raffle. The business management student is one of 7 $100,000 winning ticket holders. The ticket was bought at 7-Eleven on Crab Thicket Rd. Five tickets won $1 million and another 1,000 tickets won $500 each.
