A Gloucester County store sells a $100,000 consolation prize ticket for Virginia’s New Year’s Millionaire Raffle. Lottery officials said it is ticket number 016029 and was bought at 7-Eleven on Crab Thicket Road. There were 7 winners of $100,000 each and 5 tickets were worth a million dollars each. Another 1,000 tickets win $500 each and those numbers are posted at the Virginia Lottery’s website valottery.com.
