A new library may be coming to the town of Montross but its contents are not what you’d find at a typical library. Westmoreland News reports preliminary steps are underway for a law library which is used by law students, lawyers, judges, their clerks, and others needing to research the law and its history. County administrator Norm Risavi says he’s received inquires on adding a law library either at the Montross Branch of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library or have an internet-based service.
