More charges are filed in a New Year’s Day fatal shooting at a home in Hayes. The Gloucester County Sheriff’s office says the 15-year-old suspect is now charged with second degree murder, aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and two counts of shooting with intent to maim or kill. The teen is held at the Merrimac Center pending further court hearings.
