The Virginia Department of Health’s Office of Vital Records a nnounces the Top Baby Names of 2022. Topping the list of the most popular names for boys in 2022 was Noah while Charlotte was the most popular for girls. The second-most popular boy’s name was James and Olivia was the next most popular girls name. In 2021, there were close to 96,000 babies born and the Office of Vital Records estimates there were a similar number of births last year.
