Rappahannock Electric Cooperative names Christopher Stoia as Managing Director – Engineering & Power Supply. He is the general manager of Mountain Electric Cooperative in Tennessee and previously served as Director of Engineering & Operations. Chris has an extensive background in engineering, grid operations, and reliability and brings more than a quarter-century of experience in the energy utility industry. At REC he will oversee the Engineering, Transmission and Substation departments and promote REC’s culture of safety.
