The suspect charged with murder in the disappearance of a woman from a Heathsville business has a court hearing delayed until late March. The Rappahannock Record reports a status hearing for Tyrone Samuel was scheduled for earlier this month but prosecutors say there are still several matters regarding scheduling and data collection that need to be resolved prior to a trial date being set. Samuel is accused of kidnapping and killing Area’L Smith after she went missing from a Claraville convenience store in January 2022.
