A 15-year-old is sought in connection with a fatal shooting in Hayes on New Year’s Day. According to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 7800 Block of Guinea Road and determined the victim was shot outside a residence. A second victim suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. That individual was hospitalized and released. The shooter’s photo is posted on the Sheriff’s Office social media accounts.
