The Walter Reed Plaza in Gloucester County has a new owner. According to the Peninsual Chronicle the shopping center in the northern part of the county, was sold to National Net Lease Group, which is owned by SRS Real Estate Partners. The sale price was $4.85 million.The 52,000 aquare foot shopping center is located on six and a half acres off Hargett Boulevard. Its main tenant is Food Lion.
