Gov. Glenn Youngkin delivered his State of the Commonwealth address on Wednesday and said while Virginia is better off than last year he’s calling on lawmakers to “press the accelerator” so more people and investments come to the commonwealth. Youngkin presented his “Day Two Agenda for Virginia” which includes proposals for immediate tax cuts and investments to support behavioral health, education and other sectors. The Republican said Virginians don’t have time for political posturing or foot dragging.
