The town of White Stone has a new deputy mayor. The rappahannock Record reports it’s town council senior member Irving Brittingham who was elected unanimously. Brittingham succeeds William Hubbard, who had served as deputy mayor for the past eight years and was elected mayor in November. The Council also welcomed Tad Pittman, who is filling the seat vacated by Hubbard. Pittman will be sworn in at the March meeting.
