The General Assembly wraps up the 2023 session without passing a state budget but did approve a stopgap spending plan to keep the government running. According to CBS 6 lawmakers were unable to agree on several key pieces of the budget , including whether to enact the additional $1 billion in tax cuts Gov. Glenn Youngkin is seeking.
