Applications are still accepted for a Town of Kilmarnock Hometown Heroes Veterans Banner. The custom banners honoring those who served the country will hang in Steptoe’s District between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The cost is $100 per banner. To obtain a banner download the application from the town’s Facebook page. A high-resolution digital photograph is requrired. Banners will be on display for 5 years. Application deadline is March 24.
