The Town of Kilmarnock releases the lineup for the 2023 Music On The Half-Shell concert series at Towne Center Park. The series begins Friday May 26th with Soul Expressions. Other shows feature 2nd Sole, Steve Bassett, Mullins Sisters, Trademark Band and Black Cat Murphy. The series wraps up Friday Oct. 6 with Shades of Gray. Go to
