The Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office released its 2022 Citizen’s Report. There were over 13,200 calls for service into their dispatch center and 10,700 required a Law Enforcement Officer Response which is just over 29 per day. 1601 required an EMS response and 308 required a Fire Department response. From those responses 635 Criminal Investigation Reports were completed. Over 96% of those were cleared not counting “information only” reports.
