Northern Neck Electric Cooperative names Glenn Purcell as vice president of technology and services. Purcell brings over 20 years of utility experience to NNEC with most of that with electric cooperatives. Most recently, he was vice president of technology and services at Habersham Electric Membership Corporation. As vice president of technology services for NNEC, Purcell is responsible for leading the cooperative’s technology integration and the achievement of its strategic goals. He will also manage the information technology and public relations teams.
