Gas price tracking website GasBuddy reports the average price in Virginia for regular fell 8-1/3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.12. Prices are nearly 30 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and just under 31 cents a gallon lower than a year ago. The national price of gasoline was 4-1/3 cents lower in the last week, averaging $3.33. Analysts say expect prices to move up in the coming weeks.
