The Warsaw Richmond County Main Street Program is looking to add new members/board positions and have a fresh start. The program’s annual strategig planning meeting takes place on Wednesday at the Richmond County Public Meeting Room beginning at 6:00 p.m. You’ll learn more about the Virginia Main Street Program which is designed to serve downtowns across Virginia in their efforts to revitalize their communities.
