The Colonial Beach Town Council makes changes to its parking regulations. News on the Neck reports the modifications resulted from the town’s first ever parking study conducted last year. The currently free parking on Irving Avenue and Taylor Street will become metered parking. Hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. At the Beach zone, day parking will cost $3 per hour or $20 per day, while parking at the business lot will be at $2 per hour or $30 per day.
