The Town of Kilmarnock congratulates Davida Williams who successfully completed her educational program through the Treasurers Association of Virginia and Radford University’s Governmental and nonprofit Assistance Center. Davida received her Virginia Government Accounting Certificate. The program includes training in budgeting, cash management, debt, administration, internal controls, Virginia law and other topics pertinent to state and local governments.
