Westmoreland Countty Sheriff’s Deputy Rhiannon Mulvena received the Colonial Beach Chamber of Commerce 2022 Deputy of the Year Award. The recognition was part of their Annual Awards Celebration and dinner held last week. Deputy Mulvena is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. In her time with the sheriff’s office, she has received accolades for Exceptional Service and for her traffic enforcement to include being an award recipient from Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
