Northern Neck Electric Cooperative crews headed to New Hampshire to help rerstore power after a nor’easter knocked out service to over 250,000 customers. News on the Neck reports the Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives were contacted by the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative to see if they could dispatch workers and a four-person NNEC crew volunteered. NNEC is being reimbursed by New Hampshire Electric Cooperative for all costs.
